 roast goose with prunes

The Pearl (corporate holiday party)

We love working with companies who like to collaborate on theme and menu; this event was the realization of a long conversation about a party where we could someday hang upside-down Christmas trees and serve roast goose. Enter The Pearl, a gorgeous space in a former ships' boiler repair house in the Dogpatch neighborhood of San Francisco: dystoptian Dickensian beauty, here we come.

It is always a joy to work with the visionary and dream-executing Jack & Ginger Studios, and the florals by Scarlett & Grace (including those hanging trees) were spectacular.
