Our Story

We (Jennifer Lynch and Laura McGrath), have been cooking together since 2000, when we met as line cooks at Loretta Keller's Bizou, in San Francisco.

The years since have been an extended conversation about food, beauty, history, place, authenticity, and source; we formed Potliquor in 2013, and have been devoting ourselves to custom events and our unique meal service ever since.

The source is deeply important to us. We are grateful to live in a place where people grow and raise so much beautiful food, with such care, and a mind toward the future.
